Graduation. Snoorrrre

I just graduated. It was painfully boring. And not just because my tooth was ripping a new hole in my cheek, but because grads are so dull. Next years will be more fun, it just seems stupid graduating every year.

Joining out for lunch with my parents to "celebrate" cuz my mum would celebrate new curtains if she was let =P I can't eat, between being a vegetarian and my jaw being swollen, so this should be interesting!

Oh, and a big yay to all the Americans on my flist. It's times like these I wish I was American, your pride and joy is so strong that it's touching the whole world. Heck, the grad speech stole the "yes we can" to weaker effect! Obama fo yo mama!

you graduate every year?! wow that does seem sort of strange...

did they really use the 'yes we can' part? ahaha, it was so perfect in his victory speech. ah thinking about obama makes me tingly with happiness.

well, not every year, but in second year I received a higher certificate, then third year was an ordinary degree, and next year will be a higher degree, and then if I do a postgrad that'll be another grad... they're all so dull. but at least I have a lot of papers :P

she totally used 'yes we can'. she also talked about the people who invented scrabble. it was an altogether flat and ridiculous speech :P

well, next year I get my higher degree, but I'll probably do a postgrad so God only knows :P we graduate every year because each year is sort of optional, you can leave with whatever you graduated with. so I have a higher cert, an ordinary degree, and then I'll go get some more!

Sorry your mouth is the epitome of SUCK. But yay for useless graduations & freaking awesomely historic elections. Too bad about Prop 8 in California. Just proves that not all prejudices can be overcome in one election, I guess. People still kinda suck. ^_^
